Think a moes style of ordering, walk down the line, add ingredients, customize all you want, with generally some intensely fresh and delicious ingredients. Unique stuff you might not expect. Awesome customer service. Do not expect Hawaiian BBQ. Poke Bros is about poke and healthy, fresh ingredients. 10/10

Fresh cleaning eating! You can taste the freshness. Staff was friendly and helpful, it's was my first visit. They described it as "sushi in a bowl". There are also cooked options, lots of variety. I'd like to go again in near future.

The fish and toppings are always fresh. The staff is really nice. I wish they had more locations especially Summerville.
